Peter E. Bodmer

Chairman of the Board of Directors

In his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Peter E. Bodmer brings extensive experience in the areas of finance and real estate. For more than 25 years he has held senior positions in the mechanical engineering, real estate and construction sectors.

In his last management function, Peter served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Group Executive Board of Implenia Industrial Construction. For more than seven years, he was responsible for various divisions at Implenia, focusing on the strategic and operational realignment of the Services Division and the implementation of the Group's international growth strategy. He was also responsible for the integration of the newly acquired company Betonmast Anlegg in Norway.

Prior to this, Peter held various management positions at Maag Holdings, GKN Sinter Metals and the Maag Swiss Real Estate Group. Among other things, he helped shape the strategic repositioning of Maag Holdings and played a key role in its acquisition of real estate worth over one billion Swiss francs.

Peter holds a Master's degree in business administration with specialization in management accounting and law from the University of Zurich and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
