- Analysis, supervision and management of the portfolio as well as implementation of the investment and divestment strategy.
- Analysis of regional and sectorial real estate markets as well as of Swiss economic developments having an impact on the portfolio.
- Attendance at periodic meetings with the principal in order to report on activities.
- Engagement with and coordination and supervision of appraisers; review and assess their yearly valuation reports.
- Financial management, including determination of a financing strategy, selection of financing partners and negotiation of financing agreements, cash management and relations to financing banks.
- Selection, engagement, coordination and supervision of third-party property managers, external advisors and service providers including attorneys, tax experts, valuation experts, and architects.
