Herbert Kahlich

Herbert Kahlich has extensive knowledge in the areas of finance, real estate and fund business. He brings more than 35 years of experience in finance, real estate and asset management, gained in national and international companies, to our Board of Directors.

Herbert began his career at Schweizerische Kreditanstalt, where he was a member of the Executive Board of the Funds business unit of Credit Suisse Group for more than ten years. He played an active role in shaping the growth of Credit Suisse into one of the largest global investment fund firms. During his tenure, the company's assets under management rose from 5 billion to over 60 billion Swiss francs. Herbert was directly responsible for the bank's real estate fund business, which comprised seven active funds in Switzerland and Germany with a total value of over 2.5 billion Swiss francs. Later, he was responsible for the international expansion of Credit Suisse's fund business into ten European and Asian countries.

Throughout his career, Herbert has continuously augmented his expertise with management courses in business, banking, finance and asset management.

Herbert graduated from the School of Commerce and Advertising in Zurich and the Academy of Graphic Design in Vienna.
