Dominik Fischer

Chief Investment Officer, Member of the Executive Team

As Chief Investment Officer, Dominik Fischer is responsible for sourcing, reviewing, managing and executing real estate transactions for all investment vehicles managed by Helvetica.

Prior to joining Helvetica, Dominik Fischer worked in real estate portfolio and asset management at Nova Property Fund Management, where he managed residential and commercial portfolios of approximately CHF 2 billion and was also a member of an investment committee.

Dominik Fischer holds a Bachelor's degree of Science in Business Administration, Major Real Estate from the Lucerne University as well as a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Management.
