Dominik Fischer

Chief Investment Officer, Member of the Executive Team

As Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Dominik Fischer is responsible for the areas of fund, asset, transaction and property management. He develops and implements investment strategies, monitors portfolio management, analyses market trends and ensures that the investment strategies are in line with the company's objectives.

Before joining Helvetica, Dominik Fischer worked in property portfolio and asset management at Nova Property Fund Management, where he comprehensively managed residential and commercial portfolios of around CHF 2 billion and was also a member of an investment committee.

Dominik Fischer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major Real Estate, from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and a Swiss Federal Certificate in Real Estate Management.
