Strengthening of the Helvetica Life Board of Trustees

Zurich, April 4, 2023 - With the planned launch of the Helvetica Life Investment Foundation, the Board of Trustees has been strengthened with Theodor Härtsch as Chairman and Silvia Graemiger as a Trustee.

The Helvetica Life Investment Foundation is an independent and self-governing foundation. The Board of Trustees is made up of experienced individuals with a broad range of expertise in the fields of real estate, law, fund management and occupational benefits.

Silvia Graemiger is a new member of the Helvetica Life Board of Trustees. She has many years of experience in both acquisition and servicing of institutional investors in Switzerland. She brings more than 30 years of experience in banking and finance with an emphasis on asset management and private markets. Silvia Graemiger thus ideally complements the Board of Trustees. "On the Board of Trustees of Helvetica Life Investment Foundation, I will be able to ideally contribute my experience in dealing with institutional investors and my broad network. I am looking forward to the task and the cooperation in the board", Silvia Graemiger says.

Theodor Härtsch, partner at Walder Wyss Attorneys at Law and member of various boards of directors in the finance and real estate sector, will take over the chairmanship. Victor Meyer, former partner at PwC, certified tax expert, with more than 30 years of experience in the finance and real estate sector, will act as Vice Chairman.

Dr. Andreas Spahni has stepped down from the Board of Trustees. We would like to thank him sincerely for his valuable support during the establishment and approval phase. He contributed significantly to the establishment of Helvetica Life Investment Foundation. "It was a great pleasure for me to contribute my expertise in the preparation and establishment phase of Helvetica Life Investment Foundation. With its focus on new or as-new properties that meet increased sustainability requirements, the foundation is ideally positioned for a successful launch," Dr. Andreas Spahni comments.

The investment foundation delegates the management to the fund management Helvetica Property Investors AG with Michael Knoflach, Head Finance and member of the extended management and Salman Baday, Head Sales & Marketing and member of the management as Managing Director.
