You will play an active role in the further development and implementation of all marketing and communication measures for Helvetica and its products in order to increase the image, customer loyalty and sales in line with the company's objectives.

Content is your passion, creativity your strength and digitalisation the pulse in your veins. You can package dry topics in an exciting way and have a flair for the right tonality. You can get to the heart of complex content and illustrate it with harmonising imagery. Real estate inspires you, you feel at home in the world of finance and you are very familiar with the needs of institutional clients. You create a coherent and target group-orientated overall experience across all marketing activities, channels and documents.

In addition to your excellent writing and visualisation skills, you have strong analytical abilities, a high affinity for numbers and sound problem-solving skills. Thanks to your independent project management, you always have an eye for the big picture and keep a cool head even in hectic times thanks to your pragmatic approach with high quality standards.

What are your responsibilities?

  • You take Helvetica digital's marketing to a new level, evaluate market trends and use AI tools to conserve resources, increase efficiency and automate processes
  • You create target group-specific marketing content of all kinds - SEO-optimised and storytelling-based - for our website, newsletters, blogs, specialist articles, email campaigns, social media posts and advertising as well as for presentations, factsheets, brochures and annual reports in German, English and French
  • You analyse the performance and user behaviour of marketing measures, design automated workflows and improve the customer journey touchpoints, in particular the website and email campaigns, with the aim of generating quantitatively measurable and qualified leads
  • You will be responsible for organising customer events and trade fair appearances and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on site
  • You manage the Helvetica website, social media channels and the marketing functions in the CRM tool
  • You are the central point of contact for all departments regarding all marketing and communication measures and ensure Helvetica's brand consistency in terms of content and visuals

What you bring along

  • University degree or higher technical education with a focus on digital marketing or a related specialisation
  • At least 3 years of all-round marketing experience in the financial sector with institutional investors; experience in the property sector is an advantage
  • Flawless use of the most common MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CMS programmes (WordPress, Typo 3), affinity for new technologies and other tools such as elias (publishing), InDesign (graphics) and Hubspot (CRM)
  • Excellent written and spoken German (C2 level), very good written and spoken English (at least C1 level), good written and spoken French (at least B2); knowledge of Italian is an advantage
