Entering into framework agreements for the management of real estate in the Bern and Geneva area

Zurich, 23. June 2009: In August 2009, we successfully concluded framework agreements for property management in the economic areas of Berne and Geneva. With this basis, we are prepared for an efficient takeover when purchasing new properties in these regions. Further cooperation agreements are in preparation.

With Dr. Meyer Verwaltungen AG, we have gained an experienced and competent partner for property management in the Bern area. The public limited company was founded in December 1977 and has a share capital of CHF 1,000,000.00. Of the total of 46 employees, 11 have acquired the title of federally certified real estate trustee or the federal professional qualification as real estate manager. In addition to the management and administration of properties, the services of Dr. Meyer Verwaltungen AG also include property and financial assets, consulting, planning and maintenance. We are convinced that in Dr. Meyer Verwaltungen AG, as a long-standing, renowned property management company, we have found an innovative partner for success-oriented property management.

We were able to win Comptoir Immobilier SA as a partner for property management in the Geneva / Lac Leman area. Founded in 1991, the company now manages a rental volume of more than CHF 250 million with over 100 employees from all sectors of the real estate industry. The services provided by Comptoir Immobilier SA include building management, accounting, tax planning, shopping centre management, renovations, conversions and feasibility studies.
