What are your tasks?

  • Providing legal expertise and advice to internal stakeholders on all legal matters related to real estate funds, particularly in the areas of financial market law (FIDLEG / FINIG / CISA). Practical knowledge of corporate law and tenancy law is advantageous.
  • Deputy to the Head of Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
  • Monitoring and controlling internal compliance issues to ensure that the company complies with all relevant legal regulations. Supporting the Head of Risk, Legal, and Compliance in the ongoing development of this area.
  • Maintenance and documentation of the internal control system (ICS).
  • Due Diligence: Conducting legal due diligence in real estate transactions, including contract review.
  • Preparation of prospectuses, updating of key investor information documents.
  • Assistance in regulatory audits by the auditing firm.

What you bring

  • A Swiss-recognized university degree in law.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of "Collective Investment Schemes" is mandatory. This includes in particular knowledge regarding the regulation of real estate funds and other collective investment schemes, including experience in licensing, distribution aspects, and supervision of collective investment schemes.
  • An independent way of working, and you are also a flexible team player with a sense of what is feasible and the right prioritization. You also do not hesitate to quickly and efficiently familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of expertise.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex legal issues and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent German language skills in speech and writing (C2 level), very good English language skills in speech and writing (C1 level), additional language skills are advantageous.
